Type : Bonnet Macaque
Sex : Male
Age : Approx. 9 Months old on arrival
Date of Arrival : 19th January 2006

The oldest by several months of the 2005-6 beach babies. He has always been of a very docile nature, but became the lead male due to his age and larger size.

He has now reached the point where he is too big and at times too aggressive to permit anyone to enter his pen. We therefore have to shut him in the inside section whilst the outside is cleaned or visa versa. However, he is so clever he knows this and at times refuses to go inside for food which means that on occasions we are unable to clean the outside section of his pen other than washing it down from the outside.

Because he can no longer come out for swimming we have provided him and his troop their own swimming pool which they all love!
